- Pick-up address: Unit 2B JHL Plaza Lot 19 Block 10 Magdalena St. corner President Ave., BF Homes, Parañaque City. Monday to Friday, 10AM to 5PM.
- For pick-up: Printed invoice, photocopy of government-issued ID, and original copy of the government issued ID must be presented upon claiming of item.
- For pick-up: An authorization letter is required if another person will collect the order in place of the person who made the order. The person picking it up should also bring his/her own government-issued ID and its photocopy.
- No refund is allowed seven (7) days after date of receipt of item.
