Cake Flavors and Frostings

• Cakes come in the following classic flavors: chocolate, butter, vanilla. Premium flavors are red velvet, banana, carrot and cream cheese pound cake.
• Frostings come in the following flavors: white chocolate cream cheese (best with red velvet and carrot cakes), whipped caramel ganache (goes best with chocolate), and butterscotch (best with banana). Walnuts may be added to carrot cake (10 php/ cupcake; price on cake varies depending on the size)
• Cakes are first filled and thinly frosted with the chosen icing and then covered with marshmallow fondant.

• Fondant creations are best kept if not stored inside the refrigerator. Moisture on the ref will melt the fondant. Better keep them in an airconditioned space.
• Cakes are as much as possible all edible, unless declared otherwise.

• Make sure the car's airconditioner is set high. Keep the cake on the floor as it is more stable than on the seat. Never put it inside the trunk.
